IKO PORAN,
- We have
just posted our financial data on our website. The
financials are presented with total disclosure to
ensure our accountability and we hope that they

- We recently
established an incredible partnership with the ICVolunteers,
an international network of volunteers, based in
Switzerland. We will receive volunteers from its
"CyberVolunteers Program", which
recruits, trains, coordinates and send abroad
volunteers with information and communication
technology skills for development projects. These
volunteers will offer their skills in areas such
as web or software development, system
administration and content generation. You may

- We were
invited by Mr Gert Danielsen, UNESCO`s
researcher in Brazil, to participate on the “World
Report on a Culture of Peace”, organized by
the civil society with the support of "Fundación
Cultura de Paz", from Federico Mayor in

- We would like to thank very much Mr Fabio
Carneiro T. Trino, an IBM Brasil Systems
Specialist, who is working with us within the
frame of the volunteer program “IBM On Demand
Community”. He is helping us to improve many
of our systems, such as: CRM (Customer
Relationship Management, Back up, Database
Management, Website Content, and e-mails.

Thorne, from the

allowed them to now operate effective IT

- Happy with
the impact of his work and with the experience
that he had on our programs, Jonathan Curiel,
from France, have now become Iko Poran
Ambassador in his country as well. He will
help to promote our activities and provide a point
of reference for any prospective volunteers and/or
partners.
