IKO PORAN !
- We welcome the birth of Camila, the first child of our webdesigner Lúcio Chris Moribe, who always wanted to work as a volunteer with our organization. Thank you very much Lúcio, without you we would not be here. Welcome Camila!
- We have just posted the financial data of the first half of 2005 on our website. The financies are presented with total disclosure to ensure our accountability and we hope that they also encourage you to become a part of the Iko Poran family:

- We started our partnership with SEBRAE - RJ (Brazilian Service to Support Small and Micro Enterprises), which in this first stage sponsored six-thousand Iko Poran institutional and Community Tours brochures in the following languages: English, French and Spanish.
- Shea Ferrell, who was a volunteer from the United States with us from January to April, created and designed our 2005 brochures cited above. See how wonderfully they turned out at:

Dipak Natali, from United Kingdom, working as a Marketing consultant at the partner organization CEMINA. He wrote projects and studies and researched and analyzed new strategies for sustainability. His work will help the organization to support its partner organizations in business strategy development on a long term basis and allow CEMINA themselves to become a lot more donor oriented.
