How it Works – Application Process – 10 Easy Steps
1 – Browse our website and choose the country to where you want to go and the program that you want to do;
2 – Fill in the application form specifying the preferred start date and duration of your program, click “Send“
3 – You will receive an email within a maximum of two business days with more information about the program you have chosen. In this email will have a link for you to pay your registration fee ($ 149.00) to confirm your place in the program.
4 – You pay your registration fee and receive the preparatory material with a guide of the chosen country, our volunteer training guide, a Fundraising guide to help you raise funds for your trip, if necessary, and the personal information form.
5 – Complete the form and return it to us – we will arrange your arrival, lodging, and project together with the local volunteer coordinator.
6 – You pay the program fee to the local organization up to 30 days before the date of the beginning of the program.
7 – You send us the form with your travel information, medical data, and travel insurance.
8 – The local staff organizes your reception at the airport and book your accommodation.
9 – We help you finalize the preparations: travel insurance, visas, vaccines, and list of recommended things to travel.
10 – Get ready, pack your bags, and go!
