Medical Volunteer in Nepal

The doctors and nurses at the hospital will select your tasks based on your professional background and experience. If you already have appropriate medical training and formal experience, you can even do some non-intrusive treatments under the supervision of pediatricians.

As a prospective nurse or medical student, you can get to know different areas of treatment in the clinic during your medical internship.

In this way, you can be involved in various pediatric surgical interventions as an observer or assistant based on your experience and knowledge. In addition, you will be familiarized with care routines in oncology, newborn and child intensive care units. Another important area is the vaccination of newborns, such as vaccinations against polio, measles, mumps and rubella.

In the children's clinic, you will also come into contact with other medical interns or prospective nurses, so that you can exchange your experiences.
